MSB-A nutritional supplement designed for children with Down Syndrome

 Parents demanding the best for their children-this is the real story behind many of the advancements on behalf of children with Down Syndrome. And it’s the story behind the development of Nutri-Chem’s MSB formula.

  Almost 20 years ago, Kent MacLeod met with a group of parents of children with Down Syndrome. They asked him to review work done by Dr. Henry Turkel on vitamin therapies for children with Down Syndrome. He then met with the parents and made recommendation on how such a nutritional formula could be improved to benefit their children with Down Syndrome. And the parents demanded that he do just that.   During the early phase of his involvement with Down Syndrome, he did something that seemed logical to him but proved rare in medical circles. He read all the literature. It was only later that he realized how such a basic form of education is uncommon.   In collaboration with Nutri-Chem staff, researchers and, doctors and the parents themselves, the first MSB formula was developed. It combines vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes with a special emphasis on antioxidants to enhance your child’s immune system.  The supplement is specifically formulated to supply nutrients proven to be inadequate in children with Down Syndrome, as well as to supply the most metabolically active form of nutrients.
