Chelated for Better Absorption

maximizing absorption through the intestinal walls into other body
tissues. Chelating (attaching) glycine to this mineral improves
absorption through the intestinal walls. Other forms of
magnesium, such as chlorides, sulfates and citrates tend to loosen the
bowel. This may not be a desirable effect of supplementation.
