Your reports will be completed in approximately 4 weeks from their arrival at NutriChem. A payment receipt will be sent to you with your report due date printed on it. NutriChem's lab reports can be forwarded to both you and your doctor.

A test kit is a box with the necessary tubes for blood and urine collection, a lab requisition for your doctor to sign, a health survey to ensure the accuracy of test results, a special FedEx envelope for returning your kit to NutriChem's Biomedical Laboratory, and easy-to-read instructions to ensure that your testing experience with us is as simple as possible.
