For over 30 years, our pharmacists have been entrusted with the medication needs of the Ottawa community.

Our dispensary fills 2 types of prescriptions:

• Conventional pharmaceuticals that come in standard doses and forms
• Compounded medications – available exclusively through compounding pharmacies, and made individually to meet the unique needs of a patient. Our specialty is compounded medications, particularly bio-identical hormones. Compounded prescriptions are delivered free within the Ottawa area.*

Filling A Prescription

• Most conventional prescription items can be filled the same day.
• Compounded medications, due to their customized nature, require several days notice for preparation.

MedsChecks And Consultations

Our pharmacists would be pleased to discuss any medication concerns or questions you may have. We have a consultation area where you can meet with the pharmacist one-on-one.

In addition, if you are an Ontario resident with 3 or more prescription medications on file at NutriChem, and have a valid OHIP card, you are eligible for a MedsCheck medication review. The pharmacist will meet with you to ensure you are using all your prescription and over-the-counter medications safely and appropriately.
