Ginger helps prevent nausea and vomiting associated with motion sickness and/or seasickness. It is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine: (2) to help relieve digestive upset/disturbances including lack of appetite, nausea, digestive spasms, indigestion, dyspepsia, and flatulent colic (carminative); (3) as an expectorant and anti-tussive to help relieve bronchitis as well as coughs and colds.
Medicinal Ingredients - per capsule:
Ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale)
Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose (vegicap), Magnesium stearate, Maltodextrin.
Adults and Children over 6 years: For anti-nausea use, take 1 capsule 30 minutes before travel and, optionally, every 4 hours as necessary. Other uses: Take 1 capsule, 2-3 times daily on an empty stomach.
Caution: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal is broken. Store at room temperature.
