Gotu Kola herb is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as a Medhya Rasayana (brain tonic) and to help improve memory (Smrtiprada). Gotu kola has also been known to benefit the circulatory system, improve blood flow and relieve high blood pressure.

Medicinal Ingredients - Each capsule contains:
Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica) stem, leaf
Non-medicinal ingredients: gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate.
Adults: Take 2 capsules 3 to 4 times per day with a meal.
Caution: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you experience gastrointestinal upset which persists and/or nausea, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or health products with sedative properties is not recommended. If you have a liver disorder, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
