    Phosphogabamine is an unique blend of 4 nutritional supplements: phosphatidylserine, theanine, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and L-glutamine.     Medicinal ingredients - each vegetarian capsule contains:

    Suntheanine 50 mg
    GABA  100 mg

    Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose, gellan gum, potassium acetate.

    Adults: Take two capsules twice daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
