Concord Grape Ice Pops

recipe by: Julia Davie, Registered Holistic Nutritionist

It's hot outside. Make an ice pop!!

Not only is this recipe quick, easy, and sure to please the kids on those hot summer days, but it's also *not* loaded with added sugars and sweeteners like many store-bought ice pops / ice lollies / popsicles are. These naturally sweet Concord Grape Ice Pops contain only 3 ingredients.

Ingredients

2 cups concord grapes, washed

2 cups pure water

2 - 4 tbsp. raw honey

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender* and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and freeze until solid.

Note*:  If you don't have a high-speed blender, you can use a regular blender then strain the mixture through a sieve before pouring into molds.
