4 inch piece of ginger, sliced thinly -OR- ¼ tsp Organic Traditions ginger powder
4 inch piece of turmeric, sliced thinly -OR- ½ tsp Organic Traditions turmeric powder
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp coconut oil
