Healthy Skin Collagen Coconut Fat Bombs

These decadent fat bombs are two-fold, delicious AND incredible for your skin! Coconut oil and manna have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Pumpkin seed butter is rich in zinc which is healing and reduces the incidence and severity of acne. Collagen is extremely beneficial to the structure of the skin and helps improve elasticity and decrease the appearance of wrinkles. Give these delicious fat bombs a try to start nourishing your skin from within! 


1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup coconut manna

1/2 cup pumpkin seed butter

4 tbsp. raw cacao powder

2 tbsp. Pure maple syrup 

1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Pinch of Himalayan sea salt

1/4 cup NutriChem Pure Collagen 


  • Heat a small saucepan over low heat. 
  • Add coconut oil, manna, and pumpkin seed butter. Stir to make sure they are melted and well combined. 
  • Add the remaining ingredients. Stir to make sure the mixture well combined. 
  • Pour the mixture into a silicon mould of your choice. 
  • Store in the fridge or freezer until ready to eat.
