Sweet Dreams Reishi Latte

Try something different than a tea or decaf coffee in the evening! The Sweet Dreams Reishi Latte is dairy-free and super easy to make and BONUS can help you sleep! Reishi mushroom is known for increasing the quality of deep, slow wave sleep making the perfect addition to your nighttime routine. Drink this latte 1-2 hours before bed

 

Yield: Makes one lattee

 

To make the Lattee:

Ingredients

1 serving reishi mushroom powder (Four Sigmatic Brand)

1 cup boiled water

1 tablespoon coconut butter

1 teaspoon honey

 

 

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until frothy
  2. ENJOY!
