Colon-Plus can be taken to normalize bowel flora and colon function by providing bulk to promote natural elimination. It is useful for gastrointestinal distress such as constipation, diarrhea, gas, bloating, and non-obstructive bowel issues. These ingredients are used in herbal medicine as a bulk-forming laxative by increasing bulk volume and water content, for gentle relief of constipation.
