Ichol Plus combines lipotropic factors, ox bile and synergistic herbs specially selected for their ability to support fat metabolism, remove toxins and metabolic wastes, and support the liver, gall bladder and common bile duct. Fatty accumulation in the liver interferes with cholesterol metabolism and hormonal balance, resulting in fat deposits in the liver and circulatory system. Ox bile added and is helpful for the digestion of fat and the assimilation of fat-soluble vitamins, as well as to stimulate the bile flow, thereby can be helpful with preventing occasional constipation.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each vegetable capsule contains:

Choline (choline bitartrate)	125 mg
Inositol	100 mg
L-Methionine	75 mg
Ox (Bos taurus) Bile	75 mg
Milk Thistle Seed Extract (25:1) 1250 mg Dried equivalent	50 mg
Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) Root	15 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose, hyprolose, ascobyl palmitate, carnauba wax, silica.

Adults: Take two capsules two times daily, a few hours before or after taking other medications, supplements and food, or as recommended by your health care practitioner. Use for at least 3 weeks to see beneficial effects. Consult your health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
