Naka's Nutri Biotin provides 5000 mcg of biotin per capsule to help the body metabolize fats, carbohydrates and proteins, and to benefit the health of hair, skin and nails.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Gelatin (BSE free, Bovine source, Halal certified), magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.
