    Medicinal Ingredients: each capsule contains:


     Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 300 mg
    Mixed tocopherol concentrate 89 mg
    Selenium (Albion selenium glycinate complex) 55 mcg
    Zinc (TRAACS zinc bis-glycinate chelate) 12.5 mg
    Vitamin A (all-trans retinyl palmitate) 2500 IU (755.5mcg RAE)


    Non-medicinal ingredients: Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, silica, dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose. Capsule: hypromellose.

    Adults: Take 1 capsule, 2 times per day with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take a few hours before or after other medication.


    Warnings: Do not use if safety seal is broken. Consult a healthcare professional prior to use, especially if you are taking other medications or natural health products and to exclude the diagnosis of a serious cause of hormonal imbalance.
