    Immunitone Plus™ is an herbal formula that is designed to support healthy immune system function during cold and flu season.** It contains herbs that support normal natural killer (NK) cell activity and the balance of cytokines, which are the regulatory proteins released by immune cells as part of a normal immune system response.** The standardized herbs in this formula contain optimal and consistent amounts of the most active ingredients. Immunitone Plus™ is suitable for long term use and for all age groups.

    Astragalus (astragalus membranaceus - root) 50 mg
    Common andrographis (andrographis paniculata - stem) (4% andrographolide) 50 mg
    European elder (sambucus nigra - fruit) 50 mg
    Arabinogalactin (larix occidentalis - gum) 25 mg
    Green tea extract (camellia sinensis - leaf) (45% epigallocatechin-3-gallate, 98% polyphenols, 20:1)

    Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, tricalcium phosphate, vegetable stearate, silicon dioxide.

    Adults: Take 4 capsules once per day with meals, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Consult your health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.

    Caution: If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking immunosuppressants, if you have an autoimmune disorder, liver disorder, kidney disorder, blood pressure problems, a progressive systemic disease, an immune system disorder (such as tuberculosis, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, AIDS and/or HIV infection), an iron deficiency, or diabetes. If you are taking blood thinners, anti-platelet or hypotensive medication or supplements, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are allergic to plants of the Acanthacaea family. For use beyond 3 months: dizziness, irritated skin, nausea and diarrhea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. May cause constipation or gastrointestinal discomfort, in which case, discontinue use. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble, such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, nausea, sweating, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a health care practitioner. Diuretic effect may occur. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally).
