    A.Vogel's Molkosan is made from fresh whey by a special lactofermentation, concentration and pasteurization process. Molkosan is renowned for its many traditional uses and is a source of lactic acid and potassium.

    Ingredients: Concentrated deproteinized lactofermented whey (Swiss milk), bacterial culture, potassium, natural flavour. Contains 0.7 g of L+ lactic acid per 10 mL portion.

  • Molkosan Original Drink: Add up to 1 tablespoonful (15 mL) of Molkosan Original in a glass of spring or mineral water for a refreshing drink.

    Fruit Frappe: In a blender, mix 1 tablespoon (15 mL) of Molkosan Original, 1/2 can of frozen unsweetened pineapple juice, 1/2 cup (125 mL) of frozen unsweetened fruits and 1 cup (250 mL) of water. Blend until smooth. You can adjust the consistency of this drink by varying the quantity of water you add.

    Molkosan Herbal Tea: Prepare a herbal fruit tea of your choice with honey and 1 tablespoon (15 mL) of Molkosan¨ Original. Drink warm or iced. This very refreshing drink is perfect after exercising.

    Refrigerate after opening. Once opened, can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
