Multi Cal Mag comes in a natural almond flavour and helps to support bone health with a combination of calcium and magnesium, plus essential trace minerals and vitamins D and B6. Health Canada's Food Guide recommends regular dairy consumption for the promotion of bone health, with 3 servings per day recommend for adults aged 51+. Dairy products are rich in nutrients that support musculoskeletal health, such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, vitamin D and protein, however few clinical trials have found an association between dairy consumption and reduced osteoporosis or fracture risk.
