Proper sleep is exceptionally important for both physical and mental health. Naka Pro Sleep is a naturally gentle sleep aid that helps to reset to body's sleep-wake cycle. It is formulated with:

      • L-Theanine - to help temporarily promote relaxation
      • Valerian - to help relieve nervousness (as a calmative/sedative) and as a sleep aid
      • Passionflower - to help promote sleep in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress
      • Melatonin - to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (sleep onset latency aspect of sleep quality) in people with delayed sleep phase disorder; and helps reset the body's sleep-wake cycle (aspect of the circadian rhythm)
      • 5-HTP - to help promote sleep

This combination of botanicals, neurotransmitters and minerals target all areas of the sleep process, and are a much better alternative to the pharmaceutical sleep aids that can often become addictive and have negative side-effects.
